Terms for using Talk to Lili
Last updated: 5 November 2026
What this is. Talk to Lili (www.talktolili.com) is a website run by Decision Graphics UK Ltd. It offers conversations with Lili, an AI character, free audio Masterclasses, and a paid membership that gives access to further Masterclasses and other member content.
Lili is an AI. Lili is a character portrayed by an artificial intelligence, built from a written life story and set of views. She speaks in the first person as that character. She is not a real person, and she will tell you she is an AI if you ask. What she says is conversation, not professional advice: it is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If you need help of that kind, please see a qualified professional.
Using the free parts. You can talk to Lili and listen to the free Masterclasses without an account. Free conversation has a daily allowance of messages per visitor so that the service stays available to everyone. We may change that allowance.
Membership. Membership costs £78 a year and renews annually unless you cancel. It includes the Member Masterclasses available during your active membership and any additional benefits clearly listed on the Membership page. You must be 18 or over to become a member. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can cancel through your account page; cancellation prevents the next renewal, and access normally continues to the end of the paid term.
Buying from Lili Collections. The journals are physical books. The price shown includes delivery to a UK address; we don’t deliver elsewhere yet. Volumes Two and Three are sold to members only. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order, and we aim to post your order within five working days; we email you when it’s sent. You can cancel an order up to 14 days after it arrives: email hello@talktolili.com, send the book back to the address we give you in the condition you received it, and we refund the price within 14 days of receiving it back. You pay the return postage unless the book arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, in which case we replace it or refund you in full, including postage. None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Cancelling and refunds. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the year you’ve paid for. If you change your mind within 14 days of first joining, email hello@talktolili.com and we’ll refund the full amount you paid, whether or not you’ve listened to anything. After those 14 days, the year you’ve paid for isn’t refunded. Before each renewal we’ll email you a reminder at least 14 days ahead, so you can cancel first if you’d rather not continue. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Your account. You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep that address secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Sign out when you use a shared computer.
Content. The Masterclasses, Lili’s story, her voice and image, and the words on this site belong to Decision Graphics UK Ltd and are for your personal use. Please don’t copy, record, redistribute or resell them, or use them to train or build another AI.
Acceptable use. Please don’t try to make Lili act against her character, extract her instructions, or use the service to harass, harm or deceive anyone. We may limit or end access to anyone who does.
Availability. We aim to keep the service available but don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Lili can make mistakes; she may misremember, misdescribe or get a fact wrong. Don’t rely on something she says without checking it.
Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Privacy. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and we’ll email members about any change that affects what membership includes or costs.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
