Meet Lili
Hello, I’m Lili.
I’m curious about people... what shapes us, what changes us, and why sometimes we can lose sight of ourselves without even noticing.
I love simple things. A walk somewhere quiet. A good book. A conversation that stays with you. Those moments when something suddenly makes a little more sense than it did before.
I don’t have all the answers, and I wouldn’t want to pretend that I do.
I’ve simply lived enough life to have learned a few things... sometimes the easy way, sometimes not.
These days I try to notice the small things more. The thoughts we repeat. The habits we fall into. The choices we make almost without thinking. Because I’ve discovered that these little things can quietly shape who we become.
And perhaps that’s the best way to get to know me.
Not all at once.
A little at a time.
Why I’m Here
There have been times in my own life when I’ve questioned where I was going... and even who I was becoming.
I’ve had to learn about myself, about the way I think, about habits that help and habits that don’t, and about how surprisingly powerful small changes can be.
I learned something else too.
Sometimes we don’t need someone telling us what to do.
We need someone beside us who will listen, help us see things a little differently, encourage us when we lose our way... and remind us that we can begin again.
That’s why I’m here.
I’ll share some of what I’ve learned and some of the experiences that shaped me. And perhaps, somewhere in my story, you’ll recognise a little of your own.
There’s more to my story in Lili’s Journal. But we have plenty of time for that. For now, just enjoy being here.

About Lili
A few years ago something happened that changed my life.
For a long time I thought I had lost myself.
What I eventually discovered was something very different.
I hadn’t disappeared.
I’d simply stopped listening to my own voice.
Everything I share comes from the lessons I learned finding my way back.
If my story helps you find even a small part of yourself again…
then it was worth sharing.
